The Explorer 2000 v2 is a compact 2 kWh station at 39.5 lb, with 2,200 W output (4,400 W surge) and a quiet sub-30 dB charging mode. It reaches 80% in 66 minutes from the wall.

Its weak points are the three AC outlets, 400 W of solar and a 20 ms UPS switch. Owners also report that solar charging needed a firmware update (v1.1) to work properly.

Many owners love it — one lives off-grid in Belize on it — but 9% of ratings are one star, and one engineer measured much less usable capacity than rated because of idle draw. Jackery support gets good marks for replacing a dead unit.
